Performance Metrics: | Residential/Assessment Housing Programs- A minimum of 3 survivors per month will receive residential safe housing. 3 survivor?s monthly will be provided with educational, vocational, therapeutic and support services. Prevention-Minimum of 20-25 girls per month ages 11-17 will participate in six-week programs. Outreach: TYLA, court diversionary program, presented to a minimum of 1,250 per month law enforcement agents, general public, youth, faith based community, student clubs-high schools, colleges, and volunteer mentors working with survivors. Outreach program reaches a minimum of 15-17 survivors per month and will be served via street outreach, weekly sex trade support groups held in Sarasota and Manatee County jails,court ordered and drop in at Selah Freedom outreach office. | |
Financial Consequences: | 2% retainage of the agreement amount withheld from advances for second, third and fourth releases and will be paid to the provider upon receipt and approval of the final invoice and monthly performance report. In addition, 3% of the release described in Article 34 may be retained if reasonable progress to meet the deliverables has not been made for that reporting period | |
