Claim Form for Dollar Thrifty Toll Charges
From January 1, 2011 to January 7, 2019
If you rented a car from Dollar or Thrifty during the time period of January 1, 2011 through January 7, 2019 and were charged for PlatePass or toll fees, you may be eligible for a refund of the PlatePass or toll fees charged by Dollar or Thrifty (but not the toll fees paid to the toll authority). Consumers may be eligible to receive a refund for their first rental transaction when they were charged for PlatePass or a toll fee that was not disclosed. To submit a request for a refund, please complete the form below. Please note that you will need to provide either your Dollar or Thrifty rental agreement number, or the date on which the rental began, and the rental location, your address, and date of birth.
Claims must be submitted by July 7, 2019, and refund checks will be mailed beginning in October, 2019. To submit your claim via email or USPS, please direct it to:
