Litigation Services

Litigation Services provides attorneys, investigators, and support staff with technical automated data processing (ADP) assistance for matters in which the Attorney General’s Office provides legal representation or are solely contracted with. Litigation Services establishes guidelines and performance expectations for a comprehensive range of legal, organizational, and technical support through the life of the matter. Comprised of three cohesive units and working in close collaboration, Litigation Support, eDiscovery Operations and the Legal Research Center assist with legal, non-legal and investigative techniques and best practices in areas such as electronic discovery, legal technology workflow, research, data management and much more.
