  1. Do you have questions regarding your Florida Department of Revenue child support case, also known as IV-D child support cases?
    Contact the Florida Department of Revenue. Parties can call the Department of Revenue at (850) 488-KIDS (5437) between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday-Friday to discuss their case or to sign up for services.

  2. Do you live in another state and a request was made in Florida to establish/enforce child support?
    Please contact your local child support agency/IV-D agency.
     
  3. Is your child support case located in Miami-Dade County?
    Parties with cases in Miami-Dade County may contact the State Attorney’s Office

  5. Do you have questions regarding payments that are being made through the State Disbursement Unit?
    You can contact the Florida State Disbursement Unit Customer Service.  The FSDU will provide information on the following, by calling 1-877-769-0251:

    - The date of the payment.
    ​​​​- The amount and check number of your most recent payment. 
    - Direct Deposit or Florida Debit Master Card Information
    - Reporting lost/stolen check(s)
    - Requesting a stop payment
    - Changing your address

    Payment information is updated daily (Case number and Social Security number are required)
     
  6. Do you have questions regarding your non-DOR child support case that is located in Florida?
    You can contact the Clerk of Court in the county where your case is located.
