ICYMI: Moody is acting quickly on major issues

It’s refreshing when a winning candidate acts quickly on the promises they made while campaigning for office.

That’s the case with new Attorney General Ashley Moody.

During the election season last year, Moody told the Times-Union Editorial Board that if elected, she would immediately tackle two important issues in Florida: our opioid epidemic and human trafficking.

She’s been true to her promise.
