Due to the high demand of our training courses, please be considerate of your colleagues by notifying FCPTI as soon as possible should you need to cancel your registration. This would allow your colleagues who may be on a waiting list the opportunity to register for the course.
No Show Penalties
Due to the large number of no shows during previous years, we have instituted a “No Show Policy.” Programs will be held accountable should participants from their agency register for a course and not attend. This policy will be enforced! For more information and a listing of the penalty fees, please refer to the No Show Policy Link.
Refreshments
In accordance with Florida Administrative Code 69I-40.103, FCPTI is prohibited from spending state funds for refreshments, to include coffee and doughnuts.
