Adam's Mark Hotel Settlement Fund

An Injured Consumers Fund has been established to compensate persons who were registered guests of the Daytona Beach Adam's Mark Hotel for Black College Reunion April 9-10, 1999. (News release) The fund is being administered by Lewis B. Freeman & Partners, Inc., a Claims Administrator designated by the attorney general's office. The Claims Administrator will dispense the settlement fund on a pro rata basis to each eligible individual who files an appropriate claim. However, no eligible consumer will receive more than $1,000.
