Abuse Counseling and Treatment, Inc.
Our primary focus is the forensic examination of and the evidence collection from the adult victims of sexual assault. Counseling and therapy are also offered to adult victims; victims age 18 and under are referred to the Child Protection Team. We assist the Office of the State Attorney by giving depositions and testimony in prosecuting cases of rape. Gathered forensic evidence is secured and given to law enforcement. "State Certified".
Area Agency on Aging
Senior Solutions plans, promotes and coordinates a network of specialized services designed for people over the age of 60. We advocate for innovative elder care. We are an Area Agency on Aging with valuable experience in administration, service planning and financial management. We are sponsored by the State of Florida Department of Elder Affairs.
Cape Coral Police Department
Provides advocacy on-scene assistance for victims of all serious crimes. Offers emotional support in crisis, as well as follow-up contact, information and referrals.
Center for Abuse and Rape Emergencies, Inc.
Provides assistance to victims and their families of all major crimes. Provides emotional and financial support to victims through awareness and support programs. "State Certified."
Center for Independent Living SW Florida, Inc.
Working directly with the victims of crime who have disabilities, through the criminal justice system.
Child Advocacy Center of Southwest Florida, Inc.
Provides medical examinations, psychological evaluations, case coordination, crisis intervention, staffings and psychosocial assessments.
Children's Home Society of Southwest Florida
A family agency providing the following services: child abuse; parent education; family counseling and support services; temporary foster care; adoption services; crisis intervention; case management for clients who have developmental disabilities.
Clearinghouse on Disability Information
This is a toll-free system that provides information and referral for all individuals with disabilities, family members, professionals assisting individuals with disabilities and the public. Information and referral is available for all disability related services, programs, assistance and resources, as well as generic services that individuals with disabilities and their families may need. This system is intended to ease the complexity often associated with learning about the required processes to access the assistance and services needed by those with disabilities and their families.
Collier County Children's Advocacy Center
Provides a medical and social diagnosis of child physical and sexual abuse. Includes short term supportive counseling, as well as criminal court orientation, child care for court appearances, supervised visits, case managers.
Collier County Coalition Against Human Trafficking
The mission of the Collier county Coalition Against Human Trafficking is to eliminate forced servitude in Southwest Florida. The coalition consists of law enforcement, social service providers and nongovernment entities bound with community support, who will combat forced sexual and labor servitude in Southwest Florida by raising community awareness and coordinating services to victims.
Collier County Sheriff's Office
Provides on-scene crisis intervention and follow-up. Also provides transportation and translation assistance.
Department of Children and Families
Hotline counselors answer calls related to child and adult abuse, neglect and exploitation to determine whether an investigation should be initiated.
Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence
This program is an electronic prompt which refers the caller to the nearest domestic violence center. Callers should press number - 1.
Florida Council Against Sexual Violence
FCASV is a statewide, member organization representing the needs of sexual violence survivors and those who serve them, through an information and referral hotline, public awareness campaigns, training, technical assistance, publications, an annual conference, and public policy advocacy.
Florida Department of Corrections
Our office notifies victims, concerned citizens, and criminal justice officials of the release of an offender; provides free 24-hour automated VINE Service ("Victim Information and Notification Everyday") to notify registered users of offender status changes; Assists in recovery of restitution; Provides crisis intervention; Accompanies victims and/or victims' next-of-kin to parole hearings and executions; Administers victim-related inmate rehabilitation; Provides information and referral services. Also intercedes on behalf of only the legal victim(s) in cases of unwanted letters, phone calls or any other offender contact to the victim.
Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
The FDLE, MEPIC was created in 1983 to collect, store and disseminate information concerning missing children in the state of Florida. The MEPIC contributes valuable assistance to law enforcement by providing analytical and investigative support in the processing of leads associated with missing persons cases.
Florida Freedom Partnership
Provide case management, legal services, clinical intervention, safe housing for victims of human trafficking.
Florida Offender Registration and Tracking (F.O.R.T.)
Provides information regarding registered sexual offenders and predators to local law enforcement and citizens for the purpose of community notification and public safety.
Florida Parole Commission
Program attempts to ensure that victims of parole eligible inmates, or conditional release inmates, are aware of their rights as victims.
Fort Myers Police Department
Provides information, referrals and advocacy to all victims of crime.
Glades County Sheriff's Office
Provides victim/witness assistance, as needed, to the citizens in Glades County.
Guardian Ad Litem, 20th Judicial Circuit
Provides representation through the criminal justice system for child victims who have been abused, neglected or abandoned.
Hendry County Sheriff's Office
Provide information and referral, assistance with victim compensation claim forms and personal advocacy for victims of all crimes in Hendry County.
Home Safe
Specialized Therapeutic Group Care services provide a therapeutic community-based group home for adolescents ages 13-17 with serious emotional disturbance(s) and behavioral issues. Services are appropriate for youth who are ready to step down from a Residential Treatment Program or those who require more intensive treatment to avoid placement in a more restrictive setting.
HOPE of Lee County
Provides crisis intervention counseling following a death and follow-up counseling for severe grief and loss issues.
Lee County Port Authority Police Department
Provides advocacy and on-scene assistance for victims of all serious crimes. Offers emotional support in crisis, as well as follow up contact, information and referrals.
Lee County Sheriff's Office
Provides assistance for victims of violent and non-violent crimes. Also provides assistance in obtaining injuctions for protection and filing victim compensation claims.

Provides assistance and support for DUI victims and their survivors through the court system.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
Aimed helping find missing children, preventing the abduction and exploitation of children, and affecting positive change in the systems that serve children. NCMEC/FL provides case assistance to families of missing & exploited children; educates families, schools and communities on how to protect children from becoming potential targets through awareness and safety programs; monitors legislation in the state, and acts as a training resource for law enforcement, child caregivers, teachers, and other social service professionals.
