Claim Form for Avis, Budget and Payless e-Toll charges

Claim Form for Avis, Budget, and Payless e-Toll charges
From January 1, 2010 to July 10, 2017

If you rented a car from Avis, Budget, or Payless during the time period of January 1, 2010 through July 10, 2017 and were charged for the e-Toll service, you may be eligible for a refund of the e-Toll fees charged by Avis, Budget, or Payless (but not the toll fees paid to the toll authority). Consumers may be eligible to receive a refund for their first rental transaction when they were charged an e-Toll fee that was not disclosed. o submit a request for a refund, please complete the form below. Please note that you will need to provide either your Avis, Budget, or Payless rental agreement number, or the date on which the rental began, and the rental location, your address, and date of birth.

Claims must be submitted by January 7, 2018, and refund checks will be mailed in March, 2018. If you have questions about this claims process, please contact:
