America Online Settlement

The Florida Attorney General's Office reached a settlement agreement with America Online. The agreement resolves consumer complaints about billing issues and membership charges involving the internet provider. In addition to making consumer restitution, the company has agreed to forgive consumer debts stemming from the issues involved in the investigation.
