Crist Responds to Phone Rate Hike Decision

TALLAHASSEE - Attorney General Charlie Crist today issued the following statement in response to the Florida Supreme Court decision in Crist v. Jaber, issued earlier today:

"While I respect the Court, I am disappointed by the decision. We will continue to fight for the people and seek to address this issue before the Legislature in the future."
