Allegation or issue being investigated: Global Inet Marketing, Inc. claims to provide leads to individuals and businesses in order to contact prospective clients in the fields of mortgage, finance, debt consolidation, or insurance. These leads are supposed to be guaranteed and delivered immediately so that the purchaser may begin making contact. Consumers were told that they would receive the leads in 3 to 5 business days after receipt of their payment, and they would continually stream in at a rate of 1 to 4 per day. However, weeks go by and they receive nothing or very few viable leads. Additionally, upon contacting the leads, many consumers have found them to be stale and no longer interested in a transaction.
